This home was built to accommodate larger multigenerational groups with an elevator that goes to the second level, a private pool and plenty of deck space to enjoy the unobstructed view of the water. Easy beach access is directly off the pool deck and just a short walk to the water’s edge.

Cape San Blas is a place where families come to relax, friends unite, and memories are made. This fifteen mile west-facing peninsula in the panhandle of Florida offers amazing white sand beaches, emerald gulf waters and the highest dunes on the gulf coast. This home sets only a short walk to Salinas Park where you will find new pickleball courts and access to the St Joe Bay. The TH Stone Memorial State Park and all its untouched tropical nature is just nine miles north (a short bike or car ride). The town of Port St Joe is a ten-minute drive where you will find plenty of restaurants, shopping and a full-service marina.
