Pasando Tiempo, “passing the time”, is a place to restore and rejuvenate. Start with stunning views of the sea oats, and lapping waves against the sugar-white sand beach. This two bedroom/two bath gulf-front condo offers easy beach access in a quiet, secluded area of beautiful Cape San Blas. Drop a couple of beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler into the wagon, and you are a boardwalk saunter away from the peaceful beauty of this very special area.
*The open-space kitchen and expansive common area invite friends and family to reconnect. The well appointed kitchen encourages in-house dining. There is a large dining table to enjoy a tasty meal of local steamed shrimp and corked champagne. Or, just take in the amazing view from the balcony which includes plenty of comfortable seating and a table for the morning paper and coffee.
*This 2nd-floor unit is easily accessible from the elevator.
The Club at Cape San Blas offers a community pool and hot tub available from 10 am to 10 pm. Find your escape at Pasando Tiempo…. our preferred way of passing time.

I am in love with this area. The condo was beautiful, contemporary, had everything you could possibly need for a bestie vacation. Donna was amazing. So helpful and kind. We spent most of the time walking in the beach, enjoying the common area with the wonderful view and of course the balcony. The best sunrises and sunsets. I would love to return.

Excellent condo rental! Beautiful gulf view and easy beach access. Condo was very clean and met all expectations. Only suggestion would be nice for the bathrooms at the pool be unlocked and trash containers when you come off of beach. Would stay here again!

We have visited the Cape many times over the last 10 years and this unit was one of the nicest, cleanest and well stocked units we have rented. The views are fantastic and the ocean and beach are spectacular. The pool is also very nice and well maintained. If you are looking for a place to get away from the crowds and enjoy peace and quite then this is the place. Highly recommend!

We have vacationed at beaches up and down the Atlantic coast and across the Gulf of Mexico. This is now our favorite beach and best condo we have visited. The natural and secluded beach just steps from the condo is wonderful. The condo had everything we expect in a rental plus flowers upon our arrival!

This is a perfect rental. It was clean, with a very well stocked kitchen and unobstructed beach front views. To top it off, flowers upon arrival! I was here during a week that appeared to not have all the units rented. As such, the pool was basically a private pool.

This property was outstanding. The kitchen had everything we could ask for to cook during the stay. The living room was comfortable, with a smart TV that offers several streaming services. The deck was large with a good view of the Gulf and two tables. The beds were comfortable. Having an elevator made it much easier to unload and load our supplies for the week. We highly recommend this condo!f

This is a great quaint rental. The location is very quiet and the main living space is enormous for a 2 bedroom gulf front condo and the furniture is actually comfortable! The kitchen is FULLY STOCKED! We cooked every night and I was so thankful for such a fully stocked kitchen. We are a family of 3 so this unit was perfect for us. The bedrooms are small but most of your time is spent on the deck and in the very comfy main room. The only thing I can give constructive feedback on is to mention the beds are not the most supportive. Really enjoyed the community of this condo and this unit. Highly recommend.

This was the quietest place that I have ever stayed at. The condo unit that we stayed at was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. I was hesitant about staying in a condo but this worked out very well. The location was off the main road, somewhat remote with an empty lot next to us where deer would wander out of the pine trees on some evenings. I stayed at the condo by myself for a week while my husband was at a meeting in south Florida. I felt very safe and comfortable here walking the beach daily and riding my bicycle on the paved path. Would stay here next year, but somebody else has taken our weeks.

Our experience at the Pasando Tiempo was a very positive one. The condo was very clean and well equipped. I cannot say enough about how quiet it was and somewhat secluded, being a block off the main road. I appreciated the attention and efficiency of the Be Our Guest realtors and managers of this condo unit during our stay. We will definitely consider them in our future trips to the cape. I am going to try and leave a picture of the deer that was grazing in the grasses as I stepped out on the balcony one evening. Theresa B.
We had the most lovely time at Pasando Tiempo! Loved the view, the open floorplan, the well stocked kitchen, the beach closet, the swimming pool, hot tub,and of course the beach! Highly recommend!
