What a wonderful time my family and I had at Cape San Blas and Baron by the Sea. It was our first trip to CSB and the home was the perfect fit. We agreed as a family this was the best beach vacation we have had together. The beach chairs that were supplied were a welcome site. We got to leave our own chairs at home. The close proximity to the pool made it almost like a private pool, and the 2 short beach access trails (one easier than the other) made getting to and from the beach a breeze. (Just stay on the path!) Days at the beach, sunsets, and bonfires were fantastic!
We spent a lot of time on the top deck of the house having coffee or just relaxing. Even though the living space (couch and 2 chairs) seemed a little tight for 9 of us, we made it work.
Overall it was a wonderful vacation and we highly recommend Baron by the Sea to anyone. We will return.
The management company was amazing too and stayed in touch with us during the week.

Baron by the Sea is such a beautiful home with all the amenities you could ask for in the most beautiful place! We loved the main kitchen/living area being on the 3rd floor. The screened in porch off the kitchen was a great relaxing place to drink our coffee in the morning, and unwind after a beach day. The kitchen had everything we needed to make family meals. The pool and hot tub were a huge plus when the purple flag was flying at the beach. There are two beach entrances and either one is an easy walk to the beautiful beach. It would take way longer to get to the beach from a high rise condo that sits directly on the beach. The house was clean and comfortable; it felt like home away from home and we didn’t want to leave. We would love to stay again next year for our annual family vacation and look forward to making more memories at Baron by the Sea!

Our family of seven stayed here in May, 2024. We had a great experience with plenty of space. The property description was accurate, and the property itself was clean and just what we needed.

Everything exceeded our expectations! Very spacious house extremely close to the beach and community pool. House comes with everything you would need for the beach so no need to pack your own. Owners provide kayak, 7 beach chairs and beach towels, 4 boogie boards, corn hole and beach toys. $250 beach gear credit got us free bikes. Short ride to the trading post and Skullys is only a 10 minute walk. Donna with the management company was extremely helpful and responded to any questions we had promptly. Will definitely rent through Be Our Guest again!

This home is great for summer and fall beach vacations. Great amenities for a fall/winter beach trip. Hot tub and fire pit were nice for cooler nights and weather not permitting beach lounging. This home was exceptionally clean. No dust on baseboards, crevices or smelly 'beach odor'. Cleaners definitely paid attention to detail. Thank you for sharing your home for a much needed fall break.

This was our first time staying with Be Our Guest Vacation Rentals, and it was a great experience! Baron by the Sea was a great house for our fall break trip with 5 adults and 3 children. The location was an easy walk to the beach with 2 access points close by. The pool was across the street although we did not use it (we prefer the ocean). There was also a hot tub and fire pit though we also did not utilize them on this trip. We spent lots of time enjoying the beautiful wide beach and calm clear waters. The house was lacking slightly on kitchen supplies such as large pots, sharp knives, and storage containers. However, Be Our Guest provided all the extras that we did not have to pack such as garbage bags, shampoo, soap, and even laundry detergent! Also great that beach towels were provided. Tons of beach chairs and toys were also included along with a kayak. I would recommend adding a life jacket as we had to rent one. Also the description said a beach cart was available and there was not one at the house. This was not a big deal for us as we have older children and the walk was short so it was easy to carry what we needed, but families with younger children could probably use one. We also loved that we could bring along our fur babies!

We had a wonderful 3 week stay at Baron by the Sea. The home was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. We loved enjoying the views from the screened in top deck. We were also very impressed with Be Our Guest. Donna was wonderful to work with and extremely responsive.

Love this house!!! They offer fantastic beach towels. Home is beautiful. Huge! 2 porches. Owner so responsive! Will be back 5 out of 5 stars! ⭐️Easy walk to beach is huge for us with the kids and all the beach items!

We had never been to Cape San Blas. But we love how quiet and secluded the area was. Our kids could bike to the general store for ice cream. We did I have to worry about busy streets/traffic or busy crowds on the beach.

This was our first visit to Cape San Blas, and it did not disappoint! Our family of 5 had an absolute blast, anchored by our stay at Baron by the Sea. The home was clean, well appointed, and the layout perfect for our family. We especially loved the reverse layout with the kitchen on the top level. We had a non-functioning microwave, but Donna and Brian were very responsive and quick to resolve the issue. Absolutely zero complaints whatsoever, and we hope to be back soon.

Nice clean vacation home. We enjoyed our stay and had all the amenities we needed. Short walk to the beach and it was not crowded. The convenience store is just down the street and has just about anything you need. We had bikes delivered and had a nice time riding up and down the designated multi use road. Tight fit for a full size truck in the carport. Not a true 4 car carport since the hot tub is in one of the spots. We discovered we didn’t have propane for the grill and just our luck the maintenance showed up to replace the hot tub cover and gladly replace the propane the next day. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Baron By the Sea! The house is new, clean, and well furnished. Views from the living room are great considering it’s a few houses back from the beach. Just a short walk to the beach and the community pool. The property management company is great to work with as well; they were quick to respond to any questions or requests we had.

This beautiful home had everything we needed for a great beach trip! Being January the hot tub and fire pit were much used. The house has gorgeous ocean views and close to board walk to beach. Neighbor is gorgeous and quiet. Donna was awesome to work with and made sure we were well taken care of. We can’t wait to return!

Perfect home away from home. Perfect for unplugging from the exhaustive online work. Peaceful at the beach which was a simple walk down the private drive. Our pups were welcome as well. It was truly a perfectly peaceful family vacation. Loved picking up fresh fish at St Joe Shrimp Co, drinks at Scallop RePUBlic, pickle ball at the park, sunsets, evening bonfires, etc etc!! Great view! The house was beautiful I had an awesome time on the kayak and the view of the beach is awesome. The sand is like snow and the water is clear. The balcony has a screen so you can hang out without bugs and mosquitoes. The visit was amazing and didn’t leave anything to be desired.

Amazing House! Plenty of room for my family of seven! Loved the dining table on the screened in porch and the fire put in the backyard! Pool across the street was a great option to have on the double red flag days when swimming in the gulf isn’t allowed. Donna was super helpful and available to answer any questions we had! We loved our stay at Baron by the Sea! Perfect home for our family. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable! The amenities were great! We used the kayak almost daily and had taps Ted marshmallow at night! The board walk to the beach is only a few steps and what a gorgeous beach! We can’t wait to come back!!

Baron By the Sea is our new to go beach home! It is perfectly decorated and beachy. The ocean views are awesome! My favorite part of the day is walking up stairs in the morning and getting my coffee and looking at the ocean. The walkway to the beach is only a few steps and the pool is right across the street! The neighborhood is gorgeous and quite. The beach was beautiful and private. We enjoyed the hot tub on a couple of rainy afternoons and used the fire pit in the evening and ate smores. They has chairs and umbrella and a beach wagon and Canoe! What not to love. We will be back but not soon enough!! More memories to be made!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Sandy Acres!! The walk to the beach was great with no busy roads to cross. There was plenty of parking and very easy to get our 22 ft boat under the carport. We greatly appreciated the storage room on ground level for all our beach gear, fishing gear and bikes. The home was very spacious and the kitchen was nicely equipped as we mostly ate in. The washer and dryer are a must for our crew and very appreciated. The AC worked great for our July stay!! Thank you for sharing your home. The only thing that would have made it better would be if we could have used the cargo elevator for our luggage and cooler.

We loved this property so much, and Be Our Guest were amazing hosts!! The location can't be beat - beachfront feel without the price. The downstairs full bathroom and garage storage space were the niceties we didn't know we needed - so amazing to have a place to put all your sandy things. The screened porch was a highlight, as was the expansive kitchen! We can't recommend this place enough. Just make sure to read the entire listing - the owner's bedroom is not on the main floor.

Loved, loved loved this property!! The house was great and just as described and had everything we could have needed for a beach trip including chairs, umbrella, beach towels! Was inviting and made us feel right at home. Everything we needed was in the house. I could have left a good bit of what I packed at home!! The best part was the proximity to the beach with the boardwalk being literally steps from the driveway and NO STAIRS to drag all the beach stuff up and down going and coming from the beach!! The beach was gorgeous and so few people; so wonderful!! If I had anything negative to say at all, it would be that the water was not as pretty as out on St. George & Cape San Blas and there was a black oily like substance washing up on the beach. However a friend had been there a couple weeks prior and she said the water was gorgeous when they were there so was glad to hear that! In any case, thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us and we are already looking forward to our next trip to the area and Sandy Acres!!!

It was so perfect. The house was lovely and well appointed- so nice not to have to buy kitchen stuff in order to fix a meal. The view from the screened porch was beautiful. The walk to the beach was short and easy. We all loved it. Donna was so helpful and wonderful to work with!

Very lovely home on quiet street. Very relaxing Home was well equipped and loved the screened in porch. The beds were not comfortable but I have back problems so it is hard to find rentals with beds I can tolerate. Had an issue with the hot water tank and they fixed it the same day. This was a pleasant surprise. Stairs outside were a bit of a problem for we are over 65 and have some health issues. didn't think about the many steps to unload everything. Living room Furniture and deck furniture was very nice. Kitchen was well equipped. Would highly recommend this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sandy Acres. It was a great location, a short walk across a boardwalk to beach, and the house had everything we needed. The beaches allow dogs (on a leash) and campfires - both of which we took advantage of...The house has a place where you can shower coming from the beach, store all your goods, and clean your fish (we caught and cleaned our first fish from the sea). The only complaints were the standing water around the house meant really loud frogs at night with plenty of mosquitoes and the ice maker wasn't working. Everything else was a 5/5.

House was great. Perfect location, very well stocked. Extra bathroom in the garage was fantastic for washing sandy kids. Only complaint, there was supposed to be a double futon in the loft and there was not so we were one bed short. After 6 years in the area, this has been the first house that we are likely to rent again. Management company was easy to work with.

Perfect getaway from the cold for our family and dog. Nice quiet section of the beach. The house had everything we needed. Will stay again.

We loved our stay at Sandy Acres. It is just a few steps to the beach and the view there is wonderful, which is why we spent so much of our time on the screened in porch. The home was nice and clean and had all of the utensils and cookware needed for our family of 8 to cook and prepare meals and plenty of space to enjoy our Thanksgiving feast together. The 2 large beds in the master suite upstairs was perfect for our son and his wife and 2 small children to retreat to at bedtime. The ground level storage and shower/potty room was nice for coming back from the beach to cleanup and for storing our bicycles and toys. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

A really wonderful experience! The house was great! Very clean, well stocked, and spacious! Perfect for our needs. And the proximity to the beach was awesome! Access was easy and convenient! This house and location could not have been better. We were very comfortable during our stay and it is almost right on the beach. We had great views and enjoyed morning and evening time on the large screened-in porch. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits.

Be Our Guests was so easy to work with. We were so comfortable coming into such a clean house, especially with all this virus stuff going on. We were in need of a getaway. Personal touches like a nice card and great beach towels were just some of the things we loved about this house. The kitchen is so well equipped with all you need to cook whatever you want. We stayed the following week with another company and there is no comparison, Be our Guest far exceeded them. Don't stay with anyone else when you come here you will be disappointed. Donna with Be Our Guest was great. She got us set up for Sandy Acres a week before we arrived. Very personable and accommodating. Sandy Acres was perfect for our family of 5 which includes two teens and a mother-in-law (we could have easily had more quests, as well).Sandy Acres was located just a short boardwalk away from a nearly private beach and great neighbors. The house had plenty of room, was comfortable and well stocked. I enjoyed the grill as we cooked in a lot and did not have to look hard for grill utensils... a small but important detail for a grill guy. Other stocked items were readily available as well. The screened-in porch was awesome. It was very comfortable and roomy. We really enjoyed meals and family time out there.Overall, a relaxing and comfortable house in a great area and an awesome rental company to do business with. We can't wait to come back; hopefully sooner than later...
