Loved our spring vacation at this wonderful beach house. The house smelled so clean when we first walked in the door. It is just steps from the beach and the house has a wonderful floor plan. Great sunsets and even a nice place to grill under the house to enjoy a nice shade area or rain shelter to gather and still enjoy the ocean views. It was spring break time and we loved how the area was not too crowded. Loved the screen porch and the wonder sunsets from the deck. Donna was quick to respond to all my questions. The booking & checking in was a smooth process. We would love to come here again.

It's hard to beat the location of this super comfy rental! We downsized this year, due to family circumstances, and this 3 bedroom suited perfectly! Plenty of room for us, and the view from the porch is amazing! Love the shaded carport space under the house as well! The house was very nice and clean, plenty of room for 2 people. The beach was just steps away. There were more houses around us than I expected, so there were more people than I expected. Unfortunately, the weather was quite stormy most of the time we were there, so we didn't get as much beach time as hoped for. Over all the experience was pretty good. The food was fantastic. Longbills, Sweet Bunz, Uptown and Krazyfish are a must to visit.

This is our second year in a row to rent Coast Away. Starting out with Donna (she is the best) Brian who both were just amazing with anything we needed. I was very very happy to finally meet them both..Also Matt was very helpful in finding our car keys that we looked all over for lol to helping Al with couple things Plus he helped us twice with tv with no frowns. Such amazing and relaxing house to stay in .

We were 3 high school friends getting together after 60 years and we thoroughly enjoyed this house on the beach. The view was wonderful. The house was so very clean and comfortably decorated. We did not really cook but had everything we needed for breakfast and lunch. Donna was very helpful with little things that we had to inquire about. The only thing we needed that we did not have was an elevator but we knew that before we arrived. The place was so wonderful I was willing to do the steps. I had planned to just sit on the screened porch and enjoy the view but the beach is so beautiful and close that I just had to go down to the sand and shells.

This home is steps from the beach. Great flow and layout. Updated kitchen and master bath. Loved the extra spacious kitchen countertops and storage for groceries. Master bath also very spacious and has a seated vanity area great for makeup application. Spacious, covered carport area, protects multiple cars from direct sun with lots of space for other activities remaining. Donna at "Be Our Guest" was great to work with on this reservation. Promptly, responds to any question and super helpful.

We really do love this house and have stayed for last 2 years. Its a really wonderful house and close to beach, but price has gone up so probably can't go back again which makes me sad, but had a wonderful vacation this trip.

We have been coming to the Cape as a family for over 25 years. This year we stayed in Coast Away and it was wonderful. Be Our Guest personnel were fabulous. When I mentioned to Brian that the new outside shower needed a hook for your towel he had put one in within an hour! The house was clean and easy to move into for our week stay.

The house was very nicely furnished and laid out. The kitchen was the best stocked of any place I have ever rented. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable as well. If you come to Florida for the beach/water this is hands down the BEST way to experience it! No crowds and actually relaxing the way vacation is intended to be. I can't say enough about the house we stayed in and the location of it. 1000% recommend. Do yourself a favor and book this now. You will not regret it. The house was located right on the beach and we felt like the beach was all ours since it was so quiet and remote but not totally disconnected since we had internet access allowing us to remain in touch with civilization. We had a most enjoyable experience with Be Our Guest, and with our stay at Coast Away in Cape San Blas. We have stayed in this home before, and it is perfect for our family of 4 and 1 guest. Clean, well-appointed, spacious, great location-convenient to everything. The only disappointment was the increased level of activity from the public beach entrance a few doors down, which we did not experience during our prior stay just before THE hurricane. As a 30 year regular Cape visitor, it is very disappointing to see the amount of vehicle traffic now permitted on the pristine beach,(and compete with day visitors for the beach in front of your home). However, that is NOT under the control of the owners or rental company. Every communication with Be Our Guest was smooth and pleasant, and they were most attentive to any needs before or during our stay. We had difficulty with WIFI/router, and they were quickly on it (emails, calls, sent someone to fix, and another person stopped by that evening to make sure no more problems). We can't say enough about our positive experience! We will certainly rent Coast Away and use Be Our Guest again!!

We've stayed at the mega 8K a week properties, and this is by far our favorite layout. It has a warm, family gathering feel, while still having plenty of room to spread out. All on one level makes the living more communal.

The house was immaculate, even according to COVID standards. All items in working order. The views are amazing and you're so close to the beach. The screen porch was lovely and we didn't have to worry about mosquitos and such.

Donna and team were wonderful. Highly recommend both this rental and Be Our Guest VR.

Coast Away, built in 2016, is a raised ranch home with all of the bedrooms and living space on a single level.  The layout offers all of the benefits of a home with multiple levels, minus the challenges of additional stairs.  It mixes an amazing view, spacious gathering areas, and easy access to all living areas. *The main level includes a roomy kitchen, dining area and family room.  The dining table seats 6, with seating for 3 more at the kitchen island. The kitchen is loaded with prep and serving amenities as well as stainless appliances including range, microwave, dishwasher and side-by-side fridge with ice-maker. *The room is spacious and airy with vaulted ceilings, and opens to a large, screened porch and deck. There is a king master suite; a queen guest room, and another guest room with two twin beds. These guest rooms share a bath, and each have TV’s.   *On the ground floor there is parking for up to 5 cars; an outdoor shower and a fish cleaning bench and sink. Loved our spring vacation at this wonderful beach house. The house smelled so clean when we first walked in the door. It is just steps from the beach and the house has a wonderful floor plan. Great sunsets and even a nice place to grill under the house to enjoy a nice shade area or rain shelter to gather and still enjoy the ocean views. It was spring break time and we loved how the area was not too crowded. Loved the screen porch and the wonder sunsets from the deck. Donna was quick to respond to all my questions. The booking & checking in was a smooth process. We would love to come here again.

It's hard to beat the location of this super comfy rental! We downsized this year, due to family circumstances, and this 3 bedroom suited perfectly! Plenty of room for us, and the view from the porch is amazing! Love the shaded carport space under the house as well! The house was very nice and clean, plenty of room for 2 people. The beach was just steps away. There were more houses around us than I expected, so there were more people than I expected. Unfortunately, the weather was quite stormy most of the time we were there, so we didn't get as much beach time as hoped for. Over all the experience was pretty good. The food was fantastic. Longbills, Sweet Bunz, Uptown and Krazyfish are a must to visit.

We were 3 high school friends getting together after 60 years and we thoroughly enjoyed this house on the beach. The view was wonderful. The house was so very clean and comfortably decorated. We did not really cook but had everything we needed for breakfast and lunch. Donna was very helpful with little things that we had to inquire about. The only thing we needed that we did not have was an elevator but we knew that before we arrived. The place was so wonderful I was willing to do the steps. I had planned to just sit on the screened porch and enjoy the view but the beach is so beautiful and close that I just had to go down to the sand and shells.

We cannot rave enough about our visit to Coast Away! First, it was a breeze to book; even though we did so at the 11th hour and had an unusual arrival/departure. The owner/managers worked with us patiently… As for the house itself: GORGEOUS! Ideally situated on the Cape… far enough away from hustle and bustle, but convenient to everything… the house is CLEANAnd very well appointed! Loved the kitchen and master suite. The height of the house (being so close to the water) can give the illusion of being ON the water when looking out the living area windows! And Sunsets? Get your camera ready! We were delighted with daily dolphin shows and pelican hijinks… lots of turtles, skates , and fishies big and small businesses le in the pristeen green-blue water. Beach is breathtaking… I lived in Grand Cayman for several years and much prefer CSB beach to world famous 7 Mile Beach ! The absence of high rise condos and hotels evokes a simpler time… evocative (for me) of Rhode Island or Cape Cod beaches. Port St Jie is a sleepy town, but you’ll find everything you need… not a lot of options for fine dining, but there are other choices within a reasonable drive to Appalachicola or Panama City. We SO look forward to visiting again! Thank you for an amazing vacation!

This is our second year in a row to rent Coast Away. Starting out with Donna (she is the best) Brian who both were just amazing with anything we needed. I was very very happy to finally meet them both..Also Matt was very helpful in finding our car keys that we looked all over for lol to helping Al with couple things Plus he helped us twice with tv with no frowns. Such amazing and relaxing house to stay in .

We had a great vacation at Coast Away! The service and accommodations from Be Our Guest Vacation Homes were exceptional. The house was very clean, well maintained and adequately stocked. A few small, but important details that made this vacation home rise above other places our family has stayed were: spacious parking under the home on a concrete slab, a fish cleaning station, plenty of room to store beach gear, easy and close access to the beach, enclosed private area to wash the sand off, and a screened-in porch to catch the awesome sunsets! We were there on Memorial Day, which meant the beach got a little crowded due to public access close by, but the crowd faded away after the holiday weekend. Coast Away was a great experience for our family!

We've stayed at the mega 8K a week properties, and this is by far our favorite layout. It has a warm, family gathering feel, while still having plenty of room to spread out. All on one level makes the living more communal.

The house was immaculate, even according to COVID standards. All items in working order. The views are amazing and you're so close to the beach. The screen porch was lovely and we didn't have to worry about mosquitos and such.

Donna and team were wonderful. Highly recommend both this rental and Be Our Guest VR.

This house was clean & had everything we needed. Located directly on the beach! Rental company was easy to deal with, especially regarding all the uncertainty surrounding the Coronavirus. It should be noted that this area is a bit more crowded than other areas on the cape, due to a beach access a few houses away. But we still had plenty of room on one of the busiest weeks of the year!

We had a most enjoyable experience with Be Our Guest, and with our stay at Coast Away in Cape San Blas. We have stayed in this home before, and it is perfect for our family of 4 and 1 guest. Clean, well-appointed, spacious, great location-convenient to everything. The only disappointment was the increased level of activity from the public beach entrance a few doors down, which we did not experience during our prior stay just before THE hurricane. As a 30 year regular Cape visitor, it is very disappointing to see the amount of vehicle traffic now permitted on the pristine beach,(and compete with day visitors for the beach in front of your home). However, that is NOT under the control of the owners or rental company. Every communication with Be Our Guest was smooth and pleasant, and they were most attentive to any needs before or during our stay. We had difficulty with WIFI/router, and they were quickly on it (emails, calls, sent someone to fix, and another person stopped by that evening to make sure no more problems). We can't say enough about our positive experience! We will certainly rent Coast Away and use Be Our Guest again!!

If you come to Florida for the beach/water this is hands down the BEST way to experience it! No crowds and actually relaxing the way vacation is intended to be. Coastaway is a very unique home. There is a many new, "huge" gulf front homes. This home offers all the benefits of beach front and new, but everything is on one level. We call it a "raised ranch". Combine that with a casual coastal decor, great furnishings and spectacular reviews and Coastaway is a winner. Plenty of room for the family and grand parents without the extra steps and unnecessary space!

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home. Everything was exceptional. The house was located right on the beach and we felt like the beach was all ours since it was so quiet and remote but not totally disconnected since we had internet access allowing us to remain in touch with civilization. The sound of the ocean filled the house all day and we soaked it all up. Thank you for an amazing vacation rental ! We will book again !

We have been coming to the Cape as a family for over 25 years. This year we stayed in Coast Away and it was wonderful. Be Our Guest personnel were fabulous. When I mentioned to Brian that the new outside shower needed a hook for your towel he had put one in within an hour! The house was clean and easy to move into for our week stay.

It is too hard for our mother to walk in the sand to go to the beach and this was a perfect home for her to be outside all day on the screened porch, enjoying the ocean sounds, smells and watching her children enjoy the beach. We are on our final night in this little piece of paradise, and we hate to leave! The beach is amazing, and the house is fabulous. We have been extremely comfortable here and have enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the views from the kitchen and living area are breathtaking. I was really pleased with the customer service from Be Our Guest as well--they even sent someone to check on us on Tuesday to be sure everything was perfect. I've stayed on the Cape a lot in the last few years and have never had a rental company do that....

Sol Mate is a piece of heaven. The flow of the home works well for our family of nine. The grandchildren range in age from 6 to 18 and all love the accommodations and toys available for the beach. The kayak gave them an opportunity to observe dolphins and sea turtles up close. They even saw a shark. The kitchen is well stocked so preparing meals isn’t a challenge. Having beach towels is an extra bonus. Everything is supplied for the first couple of days so you don’t have to go to the store immediately upon arrival. The house is very clean and flowers are a special welcoming touch. If an issue does occur, they are quick to respond Brian and Donna are the best to work with and find the perfect beach home for your family

Just steps away from putting your toes in the sand. Very, very well appointed from dishes to beach chairs.
The most beautiful sunsets either in bed, on the deck or on the beach. This house is setup for the whole family, grandparents too.
Away from the hustle and bustle of overcrowded beach destinations. The local market has some amazing shrimp & Key-lime pie. We fired up the grill and had wonderful meals sitting at the table, overlooking the gulf.

Our family of 9 ranging in age 6-80s love Sol Mate. We enjoy preparing our meals and the kitchen is well equipped. Having two dishwashers is a bonus which means you don’t have dirty dishes waiting for an empty dishwasher. Sipping morning coffee on the deck watching dolphins play in the surf makes mornings special. The kayaks and other toys provided add to fun on the beach and also observing turtles, fish and other things up close out in the ocean. The house is clean and well maintained. Brian and Donna are always helpful if you have any questions. The sunsets on the beach are spectacular. It is a family friendly beach and not crowded leaving plenty of room for games on the beach. We are repeat renters and our family looks,forward to returning to Sol Mate each summer.

Our family of nine, six adults and three children ages 5-16, all love Sol Mate. The extras provided make our stay easy and special. The kitchen is well equipped which makes it easy to prepare meals which is our preference. Having beach towels also is an added bonus as we don’t have to pack those. Our family enjoys all the beach toys The added outdoor grilling area and bathroom was an added bonus this year. Above all else, Brian and Donna are helpful, easy and wonderful to work with. The first night after some beach time, the grandchildren inquire if we can reserve for the next summer. Sol Mate is exceptional and the beach and sunsets are fabulous

We love the quietness of CSB. The beach is wonderful and so close to Sol Mate. Moving chairs and beach supplies is easy. The outdoor shower and hoses make cleanup easy. Really loved the grill set up. The house was clean and was well stocked.

Our family stayed here May 21-28, 2022! This is the best beach home we’ve ever stayed at. This home has anything you could possibly need! The beds and pillows are so comfy, the house is so clean, the outdoor bathroom is wonderful. They have tons of beach items so you don’t really need to bring toys or chairs. The linens and towels are top notch. The kitchen is fully stocked with such quality items! But the views are the best from the decks! There’s nothing we can complain about and we hope to come back soon!!

Sol mate was very clean which was appreciated during the COVID issues this year. The house is well equipped with everything needed for home cooking. As our daughter said, “ the knives are sharper than mine at home.” Thick and large beach towels are an extra bonus. Our 14 year old grandson said the house was perfect and Brian and his staff are so nice why would you ever look for a different place to spend our family vacation. We have enjoyed a family vacation week in several areas but once we found Cape San Blas and Sol Mate we return every year. I reserved a week in 2021 as we were leaving before we were off the Cape. We enjoyed Brian And his daughter stopping by to share a beautiful sunset on the beach with us

This was our second time staying at the Sol Mate. First time for one week spring break this time for a six week break form the winter in WI. You can't find a better place with the beach just a few steps from the house and a perfect location and deck to watch the sunsets at night. We've stayed many times at different houses on the cape and this is our favorite location. The house is well stock with everything you need to make your own meals and a large variety of beach gear. Brian and Donna were great to work with. They do many little things to make your stay more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend renting from Be Our Guest. We've already book another 6 week winter break at the Sol Mate for next year!

From the time we started the booking process until we left, the property manager was so incredibly helpful and kind! They went out of their way to make our stay extra special! The home was amazing! We've stayed at 40+ vacation rental homes & NEVER stayed at one as nice, new, clean & fully stocked as this one!! It had everything we needed & then some! This house is designed to provide the most spectacular view on the Cape. The windows are floor to ceiling overlooking the Gulf and you can see water from pretty much everywhere inside. Additionally, this house is stocked with appliances that make it handy for a large family. The elevator was particularly helpful for our elderly mother!

We had the best time while staying at Sol Mate! This house is like being at home except with an amazing view of the ocean and a gorgeous sunset every night!

The kitchen had everything, and I mean everything, that you could possibly need. Everything is organized and labeled. Bathrooms are fully stocked with plenty of towels, toilet paper, etc. Living room is beautifully decorated and the furniture is very comfortable. Bedrooms are all large and nicely decorated. The elevator was great for carrying luggage up! Now for the best part....the large decks on both floors!! We loved sitting out there watching the waves roll in and listening to the sound system that plays throughout the house and on the deck!

They have everything you need for the beach such as chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, bikes, even firewood to build a bonfire on the beach! We rode the bikes down to Coneheads for lunch one day! The food was pretty good! The amenities at this house are too many to mention.

The only suggestion we would have is to add a gate to the top of the stairs on the deck to keep little ones in!

We will definitely stay here again! Can't wait to book the next trip.

House: lots of room, close to the beach. New construction but be ready to pick nails out of your feet that were left in the sand. Most of the fans are missing on the porches–a must-have to deter biting flies, which were everywhere. The elevator latch for main floor is missing–good luck getting out of there. Ants are everywhere from the minute you walk in. House is right next to a public beach access area. You’ll share your part of the beach with anyone that deems that area as the day’s best place to play making it more like PCB than the quiet beach expected at CSB. The neighborhood beach access path shares the same path as this house meaning lots of strange people walking within 3 feet of the house, your cars, your stuff, and your kids. Leasing company: New and small. Be prepared to get real-time attention–which may be best described as stalking. The leasing company’s owners own the house–no 3rd party involved. You’ll get to meet them and have them “pop in”, a lot. They also had henchman disguised as an insurance agent, an employee bringing a grease pan, and a pest control person stop in, UNANNOUNCED. They will go into the house without your permission, even with napping kids inside! Not a very safe feeling, to me–in fact, quite dangerous. Numerous cameras on the property (they are at least visible on the exterior). Got the distinct impression that there are cameras INSIDE THE HOUSE as well. We felt completely invaded and violated. Not only that, the owner decided to stop by at nearly 11pm, reeking of alcohol, told us that “children are worse than animals,” and effectively threatened members of our party with physical violence. The house was well-cared for while we were there and left it in pristine conditions. Needless to say, we didn’t stay, but went to another condo up the road. Owner also transacted 2 fraudulent, unauthorized charges on my Credit Card and refused to

Julia, While I understand you were disappointed with the experience and sincerely wish it had turned out differently, I take issue with all of your inaccurate and spiteful feedback. The truth is something you and your group seemed to struggle with from the moment you booked this property. The overarching issue which caused the divide here was the fact that you booked Sol Mate for a party of (2) ADULTS. You, in fact, brought (23) TOTAL!!! We did our best to assist you with supplemental accommodations, but you declined. This home is beautiful, well appointed and meticulously cared for. It sleeps a maximum (10) guests. Your EGREGIOUS VIOLATION OF OUR POLICY and the damage caused to the property is the reason we ultimately asked you to leave and did not refund your deposit. After offering you multiple opportunities to cure this situation, you continued to lie. We were exceptionally accommodating, so much so that we let you stay two additional nights. Yes, this is the property manager's personal property which is why you were afforded such grace and latitude. This would not have been the case if you were staying at any of our other properties. We take great pride and hold ourselves accountable to all guest experiences and reviews. It is very unfortunate in this case that the truth must be found in our other reviews. Please know that we have shared our experience with all other property managers in the area and you have achieved official status on our collective "black list".

This house on Cape San Blas is ideal for large families to gather and enjoy a beautiful, warm water, white sand beach. Cape San Blas has one of the most beautiful beaches but this house has such wonderful windows that you see full views of the beach from the majority of the rooms in the house. The elevator makes bringing in your things very handy. It’s also a godsend for older people and when you have babies. The house is very well equipped and quite comfortable!

Everything was wonderful with this home right on the Gulf. House is new, very clean, and built very nicely. Great Gulf views from bedrooms and family living and dining areas. Our family enjoys getting local fish and preparing our meals which makes the kitchen a delight. The home is well finished, clean and very comfortable. All of the “toys” included are a bonus. The owner and rental company are wonderful. They check to make sure everything is as expected but aren’t intrusive. Our grandchildren call Sol Mate, “ the best beach house ever.” We are already planning a return which can’t come soon enough.

We had a great time at Sol Mate. The house was very clean, well furnished and thoughtfully laid out for multiple families and kids. The rental company was great! They did an excellent job making this a true vacation. The owner did stop by, but only to see if there was anything that we needed. My wife’s grandmother, (88) told him the only thing missing from the house was a mixer. He asked her, “what kind,” and personally delivered it a couple days later. This was by far the best rental experience we’ve had in 10 yrs of traveling to the cape.

This home far exceeded my expectations! It was so very clean, comfortable, and modern. With only mere steps to the ocean water, this home was like paradise. It also included every piece of beach gear and surf toys your could ever imagine! The friendly folks at Be Our Guest went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Our grown family traveled from all over to spend the Christmas Holiday at the beach. The location was great, home clean and well maintained despite damage to nearby properties. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to prepare full meals for a large group. The elevator proved especially convenient getting groceries and luggage to the proper floors and back down on check-out. The management company went above and beyond our expectations; communication was great despite spotty cell service, answering questions before and during our stay via text when voice wouldn't work. We rented bikes which were waiting in the carport on arrival. Great time had by all and will highly recommend to all considering a beachfront vacation spot.

Our family has been to many beach homes and this by far exceeded our expectations! The house is absolutely beautiful and so immaculately clean. Not to mention the extras that are placed in each bathroom and kitchen. Another huge plus is the location...we could not have been any closer to the ocean. Every day was paradise for all of us. The management company was extremely accommodating and thorough in their follow-up on our visit.
We are so excited to come back to Sol Mate next year!!

The Be Our Guest team was as nice and helpful as could be. Our house was spotlessly clean! Sol Mate is an amazing home! Right on the beach, nice, new and clean! Sitting on the porch watching the sunsets was our favorite bonus. You can’t be more than 50 yards from the water so listening to the waves and watching everyone on the beach is very relaxing. This is what a beach house should be!!!!

We stayed at Sol Mate for the month of February 2020. This home is furnished beautifully with all your needs met! It is located right on the Ocean with amazing views! We were able to watch pelicans and dolphins right from the deck! They thought of everything including lots of blankets and beach towels! When we arrived there was music playing and flowers on the table. We would definitely recommend this home for anyone loving a view!

Our stay at Sol Mate exceeded all expectations. The house was beautiful, clean and fully equipped. The kitchen was well stocked and very functional and the views from the living areas and upstairs bedrooms were amazing. This is a quiet, nice stretch of beach. We had excellent interactions with the staff from Be Our Guest - even while the short term rentals were banned due to COVID and our trip seemed uncertain. So glad we were able to visit in early June and we would love to return soon!

Sol Mate, completed in 2017, was decorated in an elegant but comfortable beach style and thoughtfully stocked with an abundance of amenities. Situated at the north end of the Cape; it’s a short walk to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, and just a few steps to the sand and water’s edge. Swim, kayak, paddle board and play in the Gulf and Bay. The ground floor has parking for up to 5 cars, elevator access, an outdoor shower/restroom and locking storage for beach toys. The main level includes a spacious kitchen/living/family room. Ten foot ceilings and a wall of windows provide a bright, airy and open gathering space. The decks provide a venue for relaxing and taking in the exceptional view. The dining table seats 10, with an additional 4 seats at a kitchen island. The kitchen is loaded with prep and serving amenities; two dishwashers, a beverage fridge, a professional ice maker and more. There is a queen guest suite with a bath on this level, and a king suite with a bath as well. The third level features the master king suite, a king guest room, and a guest room with 2 XL twin beds, and a full bath. Each room faces the Gulf with access to the balcony. What a view! This rental was hands down the best from the start. We arrived to a house that was clean and exactly as pictured. The fresh and bright decor paired perfectly with the beautiful sunrise and sunset. The kitchen was huge and was the absolute best for family meals. I would easily recommend this property for anyone flying, as it it came equipped with beach chairs, paddle boards, kayaks, and sand toys for kids! Total easy living and not nearly as over populated as other beaches. Hands down would recommend this house again. Did I mention the views?

This house stands out because of the unique layout. The open floor plan and proximity of the kitchen to the gulf deck is pretty cool. Everyone loves preparing dinner in this place as you can chop vegetables while still feeling as if you are on the beach!

Our family of 9 ranging in age 6-80s love Sol Mate. We enjoy preparing our meals and the kitchen is well equipped. Having two dishwashers is a bonus which means you don’t have dirty dishes waiting for an empty dishwasher. Sipping morning coffee on the deck watching dolphins play in the surf makes mornings special. The kayaks and other toys provided add to fun on the beach and also observing turtles, fish and other things up close out in the ocean. The house is clean and well maintained. Brian and Donna are always helpful if you have any questions. The sunsets on the beach are spectacular. It is a family friendly beach and not crowded leaving plenty of room for games on the beach. We are repeat renters and our family looks,forward to returning to Sol Mate each summer.

Sol Mate is a piece of heaven. The flow of the home works well for our family of nine. The grandchildren range in age from 6 to 18 and all love the accommodations and toys available for the beach. The kayak gave them an opportunity to observe dolphins and sea turtles up close. They even saw a shark. The kitchen is well stocked so preparing meals isn’t a challenge. Having beach towels is an extra bonus. Everything is supplied for the first couple of days so you don’t have to go to the store immediately upon arrival. The house is very clean and flowers are a special welcoming touch. If an issue does occur, they are quick to respond Brian and Donna are the best to work with and find the perfect beach home for your family

Just steps away from putting your toes in the sand. Very, very well appointed from dishes to beach chairs.
The most beautiful sunsets either in bed, on the deck or on the beach. This house is setup for the whole family, grandparents too.
Away from the hustle and bustle of overcrowded beach destinations. The local market has some amazing shrimp & Key-lime pie. We fired up the grill and had wonderful meals sitting at the table, overlooking the gulf.

This property has everything your could want from a beach getaway. It is spotless, and looks like a new build. Not only is the beach right outside your door, there's an outdoor kitchen, shower and bathroom as you step off the beach, this is a gamebreaker for convenience. Our family of nine, six adults and three children ages 5-16, all love Sol Mate. The extras provided make our stay easy and special. The kitchen is well equipped which makes it easy to prepare meals which is our preference. Having beach towels also is an added bonus as we don’t have to pack those. Our family enjoys all the beach toys The added outdoor grilling area and bathroom was an added bonus this year. Above all else, Brian and Donna are helpful, easy and wonderful to work with. The first night after some beach time, the grandchildren inquire if we can reserve for the next summer. Sol Mate is exceptional and the beach and sunsets are fabulous

Our family stayed here May 21-28, 2022! This is the best beach home we’ve ever stayed at. This home has anything you could possibly need! The beds and pillows are so comfy, the house is so clean, the outdoor bathroom is wonderful. They have tons of beach items so you don’t really need to bring toys or chairs. The linens and towels are top notch. The kitchen is fully stocked with such quality items! But the views are the best from the decks! From the time we started the booking process until we left, the property manager was so incredibly helpful and kind! They went out of their way to make our stay extra special! The home was amazing! This was our second time staying at the Sol Mate. First time for one week spring break this time for a six week break form the winter in WI. You can't find a better place with the beach just a few steps from the house and a perfect location and deck to watch the sunsets at night. We've stayed many times at different houses on the cape and this is our favorite location. The house is well stock with everything you need to make your own meals and a large variety of beach gear. Brian and Donna were great to work with. They do many little things to make your stay more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend renting from Be Our Guest. We've already book another 6 week winter break at the Sol Mate for next year!

Y’all, I just can’t even describe how wonderful this house is. This is our second time staying here, and I am just now discovering some of the amazing amenities and features that this house has. And the updates (new cushions for the outdoor furniture and the fire pit especially) since last October are fantastic! I love that Brian and Donna are so responsive and helpful. Our group of six had a wonderful week at Sol Mate! The house was beautiful. The gulf and beach were amazing. Brian, Donna and the Be Our Guest team took the time to respond to any questions or problems we had. We saw dolphins, a manatee, and several different fishes being caught by the people fishing off the shore. The only downside was most of the plastic beach chairs had cracks or were broken and two of the kayaks were unusable because the seat straps were broken. Overall we loved the house and all of the amenities and would most definitely recommend or stay there again in the future.

Spending time at Sol Mate was good for the soul. Brian and his team made sure every aspect of the stay was set up for rest and relaxation. The property is well cared for and exceptionally clean. The interior had ample room to find quiet time if needed but the exterior decks is where most of the time was spent. The amazing view of the gulf provided multiple million-dollar views of not only the sunsets but everything in between. The atmosphere is exceptionally low key with easy access only steps away to the white sand beach and clear water. The paddle boarding and kayaking which were provided gave the most athletic opportunities while cornhole and beach chairs provided activities for all while enjoying the beauty of the location. The water was warm and refreshing and provided a cool down between sun soaked cornhole competitions. This house is the perfect gathering spot for either families or friends that want to get away together and focus on the fun things in life. The "We Provide The Rest" package had incredible locally prepared food that was delicious. This aspect took most all the work and time out of typically get togethers so that only thing that needed to be done was filling up one of the two dishwashers with the plate and utensils. A top shelf-service that put the cherry on the sundae that everyone appreciated. After a day at the beach the outside shower was so refreshing. Outside of the house we were able to go scalloping which was awesome and visit a local business for beer on tap which was terrific. The laid-back atmosphere was a perfect place to meet up and recharge your soul. We will be going back in the future and look to explore some other local attractions next time. Thank you, Brian, and the Be Our Guest team for a highlight to my 2020 year!

What an awesome experience! The house was fully loaded and easily accommodated our group of 8. Brian and his team went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. With the “We Provide the Rest” package, the only time we left the beach was to go scalloping in the bay. The catered food was amazing! We tried to enjoy all of the extras, from the paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, corn hole, beachside shower and the amazing decks overlooking the gulf. Definitely plan to return!

Had the opportunity to meet up with some old college friends at this amazing location. We have been getting together for the last 4-5 years for a long weekend, and this year landed on Sol Mate. This was absolutely the perfect setting and location for a relaxing vacation with friends. The sunsets are amazing, the skies so clear at night we could see the Milky Way more clearly than in Northern Minnesota! The ocean temperature was like being in a pool. We opted for the "We Supply the Rest" package and had meals catered in - the food was fantastic, and not having to deal with cooking, cleaning, etc. truly made this a vacation where relaxing and catching up with old friends were the priority. Brian and his staff were so friendly and welcoming and were a pleasure to work with. I would definitely go back, and hope to take my family for a vacation in the near future. What a terrific value! This house had all the amenities and a great view. Kayaks, corn hole, ocean paddle boards, beach chairs, large beach towels, canopies, and even an outdoor shower so we didn't' track sand in the house. The decks on the 2nd and 3rd floors overlooked the beach. Brian even brought us firewood so we could have a beach campfire. This was a trip of a lifetime. We also bought the "We Provide the Rest" package. This had our meals catered to the house to limit our outside interactions in these Covid times. The food was fantastic. I highly recommend Sol Mate specifically and BeOurGuestVH overall. Brian is GREAT!

Sol mate was very clean which was appreciated during the COVID issues this year. The house is well equipped with everything needed for home cooking. As our daughter said, “ the knives are sharper than mine at home.” Thick and large beach towels are an extra bonus. Our 14 year old grandson said the house was perfect and Brian and his staff are so nice why would you ever look for a different place to spend our family vacation. We have enjoyed a family vacation week in several areas but once we found Cape San Blas and Sol Mate we return every year. I reserved a week in 2021 as we were leaving before we were off the Cape. Our grown family traveled from all over to spend the Christmas Holiday at the beach. The location was great, home clean and well maintained despite damage to nearby properties. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to prepare full meals for a large group. The elevator proved especially convenient getting groceries and luggage to the proper floors and back down on check-out. The management company went above and beyond our expectations; communication was great despite spotty cell service, answering questions before and during our stay via text when voice wouldn't work. We rented bikes which were waiting in the carport on arrival. Great time had by all and will highly recommend to all considering a beachfront vacation spot.

Talk about a view! From sunrise to sunset this rental was picture perfect. This home was exactly as pictured and extremely accommodating. The house had bright and fresh decor with a HUGE kitchen perfect for cooking family meals. Every room was clean and ready for our arrival. I would recommend this home to anyone flying in from out of town, as it was fully stocked with beach chairs, kayaks, paddle boards, and beach toys for kids! Fires on the beach are a MUST and a perfect way to end an evening after playing all day on the perfect sandy beaches. This beach was obviously very residential and definitely not as crowded as other more populated vacation spots. Hands down a fabulous place to stay and well worth it! Did I mention the views?

We had a wonderful family vacation at Cape San Blas at the Sol Mate house! The location was perfect for two families, with a master bedroom on each floor. We had plenty of room to spread out and the little kids in our group could be up early to play in the main space without disturbing anyone else. On the main deck, the outdoor dining set was great for breakfast, with a separate conversation set for coffee and reading. The upstairs deck offers more privacy. We enjoyed a bonfire on the beach and found everything we needed in the storage area, including plenty of beach chairs. This is a beautiful, well-appointed house and provides a relaxing space to enjoy the Cape.

The Be Our Guest team was as nice and helpful as could be. Our house was spotlessly clean! Sol Mate is an amazing home! Right on the beach, nice, new and clean! Sitting on the porch watching the sunsets was our favorite bonus. You can’t be more than 50 yards from the water so listening to the waves and watching everyone on the beach is very relaxing. This is what a beach house should be!!!!

Unforgettable Vacation at Cape San Blas

Our first visit to Cape San Blas was in 2016 and we had a blast. In Spring 2018, I won a photography contest with Sol Mate beach house as part of the vacation package. Brian and Susan Jean from Be Our Guest were fantastic hosts/property managers. The customer service, accommodations, and amenities they provide are top notch! Susan Jean stopped by briefly to check if we needed anything. This vacation was memorable for so many reasons. My dad was celebrating his 73rd birthday and my inlaws also joined us from Puerto Rico. (6 adults and 1 child) After Hurricanes Maria and Michael, the stars aligned for our families to join us on this incredible beach trip.Sol Mate is located on the north end of the Cape with a breathtaking view of Gulf. We were welcomed inside Sol Mate with fresh flowers, and clean and beautiful furnishings in every room. The beach house was complete with everything we needed to relax and enjoy the week. My daughter loved playing with all the fun beach toys and inflatables, especially the unicorn. The outside enclosed showers were perfect to rinse off all the sandy fun! Stop by Duren's Piggly Wiggly or The Trading Post for groceries and beverages. The cooks in our family took full advantage of the kitchen, grill, and the double dish washers! The gulf side and sunsets views from the decks were absolutely spectacular!Sol Mate is just steps away from the beach. Even the loggerhead turtles happily nest right in front of Sol Mate. It was such an incredible experience for my daughter to observe the SJP Turtle Patrol help loggerhead hatchlings return to the sea. It was such a pleasure to Be YOUR Guests! Thank you for such an incredible family vacation! Happy to recommend you to family and friends!

Our family of six adults and three children, ages 13, 8 and 2, enjoyed a perfect week at Sol Mate. The house is beautiful with many amenities. The kitchen is well equipped and allowed us to enjoy preparing our meals. There is ample counter space to allow for several chefs to work together. The kayak, SUP, beach chairs and other items were enjoyed by all. The home is very clean and the beds are comfortable. They even have large beach towels available. One of the turtle nests in front of the house hatched while we were there. What a wonderful educational experience for our grandchildren. The best part of staying at Sol Mate is the owner and staff. Brian and Susan Jean are very welcoming. They checked with us to be sure everything was as expected. We are known as the hurricane family as we had to evacuate last year hurriedly as Michael approached. We were more than pleased to stay the full week this year. Our grandchildren declared Sol Mate is the best beach house ever. The sunsets are spectacular and water was very clear. The ocean breeze kept the bugs away. As Be Our Guest and Brian are unbelievably accommodating, next year perhaps he can have more dolphins for us to observe. We are already looking forward to returning. Our family of nine, 6 adults and 3 children 14, 8 and 2, love this home. The kitchen is exceptional and includes two dishwashers. There is ample counter space for several chefs and helpers. Our family enjoys getting local fish and preparing our meals which makes the kitchen a delight. The home is well finished, clean and very comfortable. All of the “toys” included are a bonus. The owner and rental company are wonderful. They check to make sure everything is as expected but aren’t intrusive. Our grandchildren call Sol Mate, “ the best beach house ever.” We are already planning a return which can’t come soon enough.

This house on Cape San Blas is ideal for large families to gather and enjoy a beautiful, warm water, white sand beach. Cape San Blas has one of the most beautiful beaches but this house has such wonderful windows that you see full views of the beach from the majority of the rooms in the house. The elevator makes bringing in your things very handy. It’s also a godsend for older people and when you have babies. The house is very well equipped and quite comfortable!

Sole Mate was the perfect house for our annual family beach trip! This was our third trip to Cape San Blas and as our family grows each year we need a house to accommodate all of us. This was the perfect home! It had everything we possibly could have needed/wanted and then some. The location of the house was perfect and the views were spectacular! The home was stocked with every beach toy imaginable (even kayaks)!. They even provided beach towels! Our property manager (Susan) was amazing! She was so accommodating and checked on us throughout the trip. She answered questions about places to go and places to eat which was a huge help because we never wouldve found some of these on our own. We will definitely want to book this home again next year!

Our annual vacation with my husband, daughter and son-in-law, grandson, two granddaughters and their husbands, and finally our great granddaughter, and four great grandsons. With these children There were no quiet time but the time spent was dear to our hearts. The house was beautiful and it had everything we need especially two dishwashers. The kitchen had all the dishes to acccomadate a large family like ours. Our twenty month old great grandson loved to play in the pantry with the sliding door. All the bedrooms were beautifully decorated. One of my favorite things was the elevator. We unloaded our groceries and luggage in the elevator instead of climbing all the steps. With the house on the beach, we had a gorgeous view and just a few steps and you were on the beach. This house is definitely one I would love to go back to for next year.

Weve been vacationing on the Cape for over 25 years. Sol Mate, by far, has been the most comfortable, convenient, and has the best view! We need a house with an elevator for our aging Mother, but stepping off the elevator and looking at the ocean through the wall of glass windows is breathtaking! The kitchen has 2 dishwashers, which is extremely helpful with a large group. All of the bedrooms are large enough that no one feels they got the shot end of the stick. We love this house!!!

The right dishwasher didn't seem to work properly. Took to long to cycle. Also, the water pressure was terrible. Toward the end of the week we showered in the outside shower as we didn't have enough water pressure to shower inside the house. I have already recommended the house to someone from our town who wants to visit Cape San Blas.

This was our second year staying in Sol Mate, and it is our favorite house on the cape. (We have been vacationing on the CSB since 2005.) The owners have thought of everything, and more. There was even a spare tank of propane for the grill when it ran out while we were cooking! Having two dishwashers is awesome. The kitchen has excellent cooking . . . everything; pots, pans, mixing bowls, utensils, sharp knives . Everything you need to cook for a big group. The large pantry to store food is great too. Plus, you can still watch the waves while you are cooking and eating! The beach supplies provided for you to use are excellent, and the beach is amazing! Thank you for thinking of everything to make our week so much fun!

We had a great time at Sol Mate. The house was very clean, well furnished and thoughtfully laid out for multiple families and kids. The rental company was great! They did an excellent job making this a true vacation. The owner did stop by, but only to see if there was anything that we needed. My wife’s grandmother, (88) told him the only thing missing from the house was a mixer. He asked her, “what kind,” and personally delivered it a couple days later. This was by far the best rental experience we’ve had in 10 yrs of traveling to the cape.

This was our second year at Sol Mate and it is the perfect vacation home. The owner has thought of everything you will need for the week and the quality of the items provided is excellent. There are beach towels, beach chairs, kayaks, paddle board, ice machine, two dishwashers....what more could you need. It's also nice that there are no stairs to navigate in getting your items to the beach. Just a quick few steps and you are enjoying the beach.

House: lots of room, close to the beach. New construction but be ready to pick nails out of your feet that were left in the sand. Most of the fans are missing on the porches–a must-have to deter biting flies, which were everywhere. The elevator latch for main floor is missing–good luck getting out of there. Ants are everywhere from the minute you walk in. House is right next to a public beach access area. You’ll share your part of the beach with anyone that deems that area as the day’s best place to play making it more like PCB than the quiet beach expected at CSB. The neighborhood beach access path shares the same path as this house meaning lots of strange people walking within 3 feet of the house, your cars, your stuff, and your kids. Leasing company: New and small. Be prepared to get real-time attention–which may be best described as stalking. The leasing company’s owners own the house–no 3rd party involved. You’ll get to meet them and have them “pop in”, a lot. They also had henchman disguised as an insurance agent, an employee bringing a grease pan, and a pest control person stop in, UNANNOUNCED. They will go into the house without your permission, even with napping kids inside! Not a very safe feeling, to me–in fact, quite dangerous. Numerous cameras on the property (they are at least visible on the exterior). Got the distinct impression that there are cameras INSIDE THE HOUSE as well. We felt completely invaded and violated. Not only that, the owner decided to stop by at nearly 11pm, reeking of alcohol, told us that “children are worse than animals,” and effectively threatened members of our party with physical violence. The house was well-cared for while we were there and left it in pristine conditions. Needless to say, we didn’t stay, but went to another condo up the road. Owner also transacted 2 fraudulent, unauthorized charges on my Credit Card and refused to

While I understand you were disappointed with the experience and sincerely wish it had turned out differently, I take issue with all of your inaccurate and spiteful feedback. The truth is something you and your group seemed to struggle with from the moment you booked this property. The overarching issue which caused the divide here was the fact that you booked Sol Mate for a party of (2) ADULTS. You, in fact, brought (23) TOTAL!!! We did our best to assist you with supplemental accommodations, but you declined. This home is beautiful, well appointed and meticulously cared for. It sleeps a maximum (10) guests. Your EGREGIOUS VIOLATION OF OUR POLICY and the damage caused to the property is the reason we ultimately asked you to leave and did not refund your deposit.


After offering you multiple opportunities to cure this situation, you continued to lie. We were exceptionally accommodating, so much so that we let you stay two additional nights. Yes, this is the property manager's personal property which is why you were afforded such grace and latitude. This would not have been the case if you were staying at any of our other properties.


We take great pride and hold ourselves accountable to all guest experiences and reviews. It is very unfortunate in this case that the truth must be found in our other reviews. Please know that we have shared our experience with all other property managers in the area and you have achieved official status on our collective "black list".

Everything was wonderful with this home right on the Gulf. House is new, very clean, and built very nicely. Great Gulf views from bedrooms and family living and dining areas. All the amenities you need plus some. All the beach gear you need, plus kayaks, and bikes. Great access to the beach, and a very nice beach spot. No crowds, very clean, wonderful location. Definitely a great getaway spot to relax and enjoy the Gulf.

We had the best time while staying at Sol Mate! This house is like being at home except with an amazing view of the ocean and a gorgeous sunset every night!

The kitchen had everything, and I mean everything, that you could possibly need. Everything is organized and labeled. Bathrooms are fully stocked with plenty of towels, toilet paper, etc. Living room is beautifully decorated and the furniture is very comfortable. Bedrooms are all large and nicely decorated. The elevator was great for carrying luggage up! Now for the best part....the large decks on both floors!! We loved sitting out there watching the waves roll in and listening to the sound system that plays throughout the house and on the deck!

They have everything you need for the beach such as chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, bikes, even firewood to build a bonfire on the beach! We rode the bikes down to Coneheads for lunch one day! The food was pretty good! The amenities at this house are too many to mention.

The only suggestion we would have is to add a gate to the top of the stairs on the deck to keep little ones in!

We will definitely stay here again! Can't wait to book the next trip.

I am in love with this area. The condo was beautiful, contemporary, had everything you could possibly need for a bestie vacation. Donna was amazing. So helpful and kind. This property was outstanding. The kitchen had everything we could ask for to cook during the stay. The living room was comfortable, with a smart TV that offers several streaming services. The deck was large with a good view of the Gulf and two tables. The beds were comfortable. Having an elevator made it much easier to unload and load our supplies for the week. We highly recommend this condo!f

This is a perfect rental. It was clean, with a very well stocked kitchen and unobstructed beach front views. To top it off, flowers upon arrival! I was here during a week that appeared to not have all the units rented. As such, the pool was basically a private pool.

We have visited the Cape many times over the last 10 years and this unit was one of the nicest, cleanest and well stocked units we have rented. The views are fantastic and the ocean and beach are spectacular. The pool is also very nice and well maintained. If you are looking for a place to get away from the crowds and enjoy peace and quite then this is the place. Highly recommend!

Condo was very nice. Kitchen well stocked.. Beds were comfortable.. Loved the view from the balcony. Beach was very nice and not crowded. Water was a little murky so we visited the park beach down the road a couple of our days.

This was the quietest place that I have ever stayed at. The condo unit that we stayed at was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. I was hesitant about staying in a condo but this worked out very well. The location was off the main road, somewhat remote with an empty lot next to us where deer would wander out of the pine trees on some evenings. I stayed at the condo by myself for a week while my husband was at a meeting in south Florida. I felt very safe and comfortable here walking the beach daily and riding my bicycle on the paved path. Would stay here next year, but somebody else has taken our weeks.��

I am in love with this area. The condo was beautiful, contemporary, had everything you could possibly need for a bestie vacation. Donna was amazing. So helpful and kind. We spent most of the time walking in the beach, enjoying the common area with the wonderful view and of course the balcony. The best sunrises and sunsets. I would love to return.

We have visited the Cape many times over the last 10 years and this unit was one of the nicest, cleanest and well stocked units we have rented. The views are fantastic and the ocean and beach are spectacular. The pool is also very nice and well maintained. If you are looking for a place to get away from the crowds and enjoy peace and quite then this is the place. Highly recommend!

The natural and secluded beach just steps from the condo is wonderful. The condo had everything we expect in a rental plus flowers upon our arrival!

This is a perfect rental. It was clean, with a very well stocked kitchen and unobstructed beach front views. To top it off, flowers upon arrival! I was here during a week that appeared to not have all the units rented. As such, the pool was basically a private pool.

This property was outstanding. The kitchen had everything we could ask for to cook during the stay. The living room was comfortable, with a smart TV that offers several streaming services. The deck was large with a good view of the Gulf and two tables. The beds were comfortable. Having an elevator made it much easier to unload and load our supplies for the week. This is a great quaint rental. The location is very quiet and the main living space is enormous for a 2 bedroom gulf front condo and the furniture is actually comfortable! The kitchen is FULLY STOCKED! We cooked every night and I was so thankful for such a fully stocked kitchen. We are a family of 3 so this unit was perfect for us. The bedrooms are small but most of your time is spent on the deck and in the very comfy main room. The only thing I can give constructive feedback on is to mention the beds are not the most supportive. Really enjoyed the community of this condo and this unit. Highly recommend.

Our experience at the Pasando Tiempo was a very positive one. The condo was very clean and well equipped. I cannot say enough about how quiet it was and somewhat secluded, being a block off the main road. I appreciated the attention and efficiency of the Be Our Guest realtors and managers of this condo unit during our stay. We will definitely consider them in our future trips to the cape. Second time staying at Sea Esta home. The weather was perfect and the views were stunning. Home was clean and beds were comfortable. Opportunities would be to refurbish some of the kitchen supplies and improve deck/lounge seating outside Master bedroom. We tried to use the grill but black smoke started billowing out so we turned it off and cooked inside instead. We made do and had a wonderful time with family in this beautiful location.

This was our 3rd year staying in Sea Esta and once again we were pleased with our choice! This rental is clean and equipped and has great location. Donna has always been quick to respond to my questions and I love the fresh flowers we always find for us upon arrival. The rental is exactly as advertised. The furniture is comfortable and the house uncluttered. Beach towels are provided and plenty of cooking utensils. I appreciate that each year I have noticed improvements which let's me know owners care about quality and service.

We absolutely loved Cape San Blas and Sea Esta. The house was so beautifully, but simply decorated. A Very short walk to what felt like our own private beach and beautiful views from the house!

This was our first time to CSB. The space of the home was more than sufficient for our family. Location was good too for quiet time on the beach. Important to note that while an elevator is included, one must ascend steps to access.

Our arrival was met with some turbulence. The place was not fully cleaned: sticky floors and kitchen counters, laundry in wash and dryer, empty shampoo bottles in pieces around the master tub, no hot water on first or second floor, missing starter items. When contacted the property management - they worked diligently over the next 2-3 days to address the items - taking care of what they could immediately. They were very polite and apologetic for the inconveniences. There is also mold in bathrooms and around air vents. Not sure that the management company can clean it away.

We had an amazing time staying at Sea Este. The weather was beautiful, the house was perfect for our family of 11, and the location to the beach was good. We found some great places to eat, rode horses on the beach and shopped at Port St Joe. We love this area of Florida and hope to return soon.

This was our second year visiting Sea Esta. We really enjoy this PSJ area. House was immaculate when we arrived. This quiet location and view are great! Everything is here that we needed. We did cook quite a bit due to Covid concerns but also enjoyed some restaurants. The Piggly Wiggly grocery has great selections. Peppers has been remodeled for safe indoor or outdoor dining. Good food and service. In the nice weather we were able to dine outside by the river at the Half Shell in Appalachicola. The building managers are very friendly and attentive. Thank you Brian and Donna! Already looking forward to 2022!

We had a wonderful time at Sea Esta with our extended family! The house was very comfortable and inviting for our party of 9 and our dogs. Overall the stay was great. Love the south cape, quiet beaches and neighborhood. House was clean but first level smelled musty. Queen beds in 2 rooms were full size, so not as represented. Some kind of screening for the north east decks would be great a morning sun very bright. beautifully landscaped, kitchen well equipped and appliances all worked well. Love the elevator, great to not have to carry groceries etc to 3rd floor.

The location was wonderful and the house was big enough for our group of 10. The elevator was a big help for my elderly parents, as well as getting supplies to the top floor. This was our 3rd year staying in Sea Esta and once again we were pleased with our choice! This rental is clean and equipped and has great location. Donna has always been quick to respond to my questions and I love the fresh flowers we always find for us upon arrival. The rental is exactly as advertised. The furniture is comfortable and the house uncluttered. Beach towels are provided and plenty of cooking utensils. I appreciate that each year I have noticed improvements which let's me know owners care about quality and service.

We really enjoy this home; stayed here 3 years ago, as well. Not crazy about seeing vehicles on the beach, but they pack down the sand which makes it easier to walk.

Our family really enjoyed our visit to Sea Esta Cape San Blas . Wonderful customer service from the point of our reservation to our stay . The house was well equipped with a great view. The house acclimated our group very well . I would not consider day bed on first floor as a sleeping area.

We had an amazing time staying at Sea Este. The weather was beautiful, the house was perfect for our family of 11, and the location to the beach was good. We found some great places to eat, rode horses on the beach and shopped at Port St Joe. We love this area of Florida and hope to return soon.

The location was wonderful and the house was big enough for our group of 10. The elevator was a big help for my elderly parents, as well as getting supplies to the top floor. The view from all beach facing balconies were stunning...a great time at Sea Esta! We had a few minor maintenance issues but were fixed immediately by management company.

We booked on a Friday night and left 12 hours later to make the trek from Indiana. I think this was a cancellation which is why it was available and boy did it work to our benefit! We had a wonderful time. The house had plenty of space and the views were AMAZING! We rented bikes and the kids loved riding the bikes up the Cape and exploring. We had delicious dinners at Indian Pass Raw Bar and Half Shell Dockside. We would definitely go to both again. The house was well equipped with everything we needed to cook the rest of the meals at home. We completely enjoyed our experience and will be back!

We had a wonderful time at Sea Esta with our extended family! The house was very comfortable and inviting for our party of 9 and our dogs. It is only steps from the beautiful beach, so it was easy to get our elderly family members down to the ocean! The kids had a blast too. We would highly recommend this place if you want a quiet, relaxing, wonderful vacation.

We have stayed at Sea Esta for several years and have always been extremely pleased with every aspect of the property. Well-appointed kitchen, spacious living area, nice outdoor shower area, quiet and secluded beach. It is just perfect every time. Conveniently located at the "top" of the cape which makes accessibility to Port St. Joe or Apalachicola very easy. It's also very close to the Trading Post and General Store if you don't want to leave the cape. We plan to stay there for many years to come.

the dogs loved the house and even though the beach was closed for the COVIN 19 we still enjoyed the wonder porches on all floors!! The elevator was amazing for our move in and out! We will be back!!

We had a wonderful long weekend with the dogs! Even not being allowed on the beach (thanks covid19) this was a wonderful house with lots of porches to relax on! The elevator makes moving in and out easy! The dogs loved the long driveway for walking and the neighbor's were nice! Plenty of space for all! kitchen on the third floor is big and the views are great! Brian is very helpful too as always!! Dolphins every day swimming by! Enjoy!

Everything was amazingly beautiful! The house has everything that we needed. I cook when we come to the beach. This kitchen was fantastic. Fully stocked with everything that you’re going to need. It has pots & pans, dishes, knives, cooking utensils. You just need to bring your family and food supplies. The decks are great. We sat for hours , drinking coffee, watching the sunrise and talking . Got dressed and went to the beach for the day. Walked to the Donna Kay (from the house & another day from the rock wall) . Then we came home, got a drink, dat on the deck again . Got up & hit repeat for the week. We brought our 2 kids and their families. Had PLENTY of room . We love the Cape! Our daughter said yes on this trip to the man of her dreams & she accepted an engagement ring on the beach while we were taking family pictures. The end to a wonderful vacation.
